Ganymede (close up)
the largest satellite in our solar system. It is larger than Mercury and Pluto, and three-quarters the size of Mars. If Ganymede orbited the sun instead of orbiting Jupiter, it would easily be classified as a planet.
The starting point for Metaphorical Horizons was moving. I wanted to express the feeling of moving infinite as the horizon we have in mind in the distance. Just as the infinite horizontal line meets itself in its non-existent ends and creates the perfect circle, also I wanted to create a room installation that not only restores the circle, but also illustrates the idea that things can take shape in several stages.
