stunning: beautifully shot, impressively performed yoga (via:equinox)

 
it is my secret ambition to be able to perform a yoga practice like this (lace underwear optional).

my mother was a yoga instructor and got me into it a number of years ago and I’ve been practicing with varying levels of intensity ever since
(with a significant gap in practice over the last 2 years— after moving to Boston, I am still trying to find balance between my family time, time alone with my wife, my teaching schedule and my personal time/studio time/gym+yoga time)
